100%? really?

noticed that at times, other networks suddenly jump to 100% signal, then after a few minutes go back to what they were at. so, something is tricking the app to mis-report. though, generally pretty reliable. any way to add bluetooth? having all kinds of problems with el capitan and bluetooth. hmm…
